Earth-Friendly Note:
All aspects of the production of these shirts, from the actual textile manufacturing to the graphic imprints, are conducted under the strictest guidelines for earth and people-friendly products. The shirts may seem a bit more expensive than the average t-shirt or sweatshirt, but the method of production allows for longer-lasting color. The artwork on these shirts is not iron-on. It is printed on the t-shirts with a non-toxic water-based ink and the spray that is used to pre-treat the shirts before printing is also non-toxic. The manufacturer of this ink has obtained the Oeko-tex Standard 100 certification which states that the ink "meet[s] the human-ecological requirements of the standard presently established for products with direct contact to skin. The certified articles fulfil the requirements of the existing European legislation regarding the use of azo-dyes."
